Office Visits

Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment.  If you are sick, call to reschedule your appointment.   We are typically not allowing family or visitors into the building at this time.

To expedite check-in, while visiting our website at gastrocentralva.com please complete and submit your patient health form.  The health forms are found by clicking the Patient Forms tab, then make the appropriate selection under the My Patient Link Forms at the bottom of the page.  Your copayment or coinsurance will be collected at check-in.  Remember to bring your insurance cards, a photo ID, and a list of your current medications.  If you do not have insurance, be sure to bring your $50 down payment to your visit.  If you need to reschedule this appointment, do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 no show fee.
